Cross Keys Goodrich
We recently discovered this pub which is located in the village of Goodrich (known for its magnificent castle ruin - English Heritage). At the Cross Keys you get friendly welcome and lovely freshly prepared food. They have a small conservatory where you can take your four legged friend (well behaved)So if you are looking for lunch or evening meal in a lovely atmosphere - try the Cross Keys (just off the A40)

Secret Forest
Where nature and history meet in a wonderful woodland. Step into the Secret Forest, where iron mining began, with its ravines, rock formations and twisted yew trees - some over 800 years old! The Secret Forest can be found opposite Clearwell Caves.

Dean Forest Cycles
Dean Forest Cycles is an ideal starting point for cycle hire if you are staying in the Lydney area or Whitemead Park.
